Einav’s Focus
Einav is a bilingual psychotherapist (English and Hebrew) who works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other stressful life situations. She has experience working with culturally diverse patient populations and the LGBTQ+ community.

Einav’s Philosophy
Einav places great importance on the therapeutic relationship. She creates an empathetic, warm, and supportive environment for her patients. Einav understands the role and impact of patients’ past childhood experiences on their current lives. She brings insight into the interplay between past and current experiences. Through this process, Einav guides her patients to develop healthier behaviors with the goal of improving the overall quality of their lives.

Einav’s Approach

Einav believes that with the proper intervention and support, patients can acquire the tools they need to make meaningful changes in their lives. She integrates several therapeutic interventions depending on patients’ treatment needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution focus therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
