She uses evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help her clients overcome their current stressors, to develop their emotional skills, and to create strategies to live a healthier daily life. She customizes treatment plans for each client based on their specific needs and goals.

Kanzah’s Training
​
Kanzah is training to be a mental health counselor in New York. She received her Bachelor of Science from City College, and she is currently completing her Master of Science in Mental Health and Counseling at Mercy College. For over seven years, she has worked as a health care clinician where she developed a deep understanding of how mental illness can present as physical symptoms.
