Natalie’s Focus

Natalie is a psychotherapist with experience in providing support for individuals of all ages working with depression, anxiety, stress, and interpersonal difficulties. Her goal is to help build a smoother path by addressing roadblocks and obstacles a client is confronted with. Natalie works with techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based motivation.

Natalie believes every person is unique. For this reason, she strives to create individualized goals with clients that can assist them in finding balance and inner peace. She truly believes every person can find the strength within to weather any storm on their path and looks forward to helping clients achieve this.

Natalie’s approach is to provide clients with a safe and trustworthy space to explore vulnerable emotions and practice self-discovery. Through a collaborative effort, Natalie will work to strengthen coping techniques and build new skills that can be used to manage negative emotions and conquer life challenges- learning from the past, focusing on the present and preparing for the future.
